Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc 2017 Trial
Greetings,We have an RDS environment where we host applications for our users. Adobe Acrobat Standard DC being one of them. For a few weeks now, we have been getting a pop up message that reads 'Adobe Pro DC Trial' with the options to 1)Buy Now 2)License This Software 3)Continue Trial. I have purchased volume licensing, reinstalled Adobe, rebooted the server, did a fresh install of Adobe Standard DC, and applied the license - all during scheduled maintenance when there are no users logged on to the RDS server. However, our users are still getting this pop up. If I click on License This Software, I am prompted for my Adobe ID and to enter the license. If I click on Continue Trial, a countdown of 29 days begins, and the pop up keeps coming up several times for random users during the day. Has any one else seen or heard of this issue before? We have volume licensing for all of our applications hosted in the RDS environment, Adobe Acrobat seems to be the only problematic one.
